Course Description
This course provides a doctoral-level overview of the micro-level theories of Organizational Behavior. More specifically, the objectives are to: 1) To review the key literature pertaining to the "traditional" areas of micro-OB (e.g., motivation, leadership, job satisfaction); 2) to explore areas of special interest to participants; and 3) to develop a comprehensive perspective of the micro-OB field. A fourth objective is less concerned with the specific substance of the course: As part of the course, all seminarians are expected to practice the critical skills expected of graduate students: analysis, integration and presentation of information.
