(specific) tests would you recommend (unless non-applicable)? Why do you recommend these tests over others
that measure the same attributes (remember
the standards of accuracy, practicality, fairness….)
· Work sample/performance test
(if applicable): Outline a performance test that could be developed to measure
at least one relevant attribute. (You do
not need to develop a complete, operational test but you should at least
describe what one would look like).
